“All-terrain” includes cops, apparently.

Like many cities in the U.S., Kansas City is currently dealing with a rise in bizarre, vehicle-related crime. A growing number of municipalities have had to contend with the rise of “street takeovers” or “sideshows,” in which people take over a street and drive around recklessly (usually hurting themselves and others in the process).

This has also led, it seems, to a prevalence of non-car vehicles on city roadways. Specifically, cities have been complaining about dirt bikes and ATVs, and some towns are pushing out efforts to ban them from public roadways (even though they already are, in most cases, illegal).

Why? Well, people keep doing shit like this. For those who are wondering, the officer is expected to make a full recovery.
